The Kobe 5 Protro "What If Pack" from Nike and Undefeated includes two fresh colourways of Kobe Bryant's fifth performance basketball shoe designed in association with the Los Angeles store. The NBA teams that ultimately passed on (or selected and then moved) Kobe in 1996 are represented by two colourways, the "Dirty Dozen" and "Unlucky 13." The "Dirty Dozen" wears a multicoloured uniform to honour the twelve teams that passed on Kobe. The Charlotte Hornets, the team who drafted and quickly traded "Bean," inspired the design of the other pair, the "Unlucky 13," which has Metallic Gold Swooshes on either side and a splash of teal accenting on the tongue and heel. The right shoe of the What If Pack has a black mesh upper with golden Swooshes, and the left shoe has a white mesh upper with golden Swooshes. The design is then finished off by a two-toned, textured forefoot and a transparent, cushioned outsole.

On the right shoe of both pairs, you can see the names of all twelve NBA clubs that passed on taking Bryant in the 1996 NBA Draft. The performance-oriented variation of Bryant's trademark sneaker with Nike Basketball is available in both colourways as part of the Undefeated x Nike Kobe 5 Protro "What If Pack."
